Frank Kurtz worked as the Environmental Health & Safety manager with GE Aviation. In his free time you could find Frank cruising the Intra-Coastal Waterway with his family and canines. Frank’s compassion and love for animals was well known by his friends and family. He and his wife have rescued 8 dogs; the most infamous being Wookie who once ate a diamond earring.
Frank is remembered as a loving husband and father, loyal friend and his ability to make his stories come to life through humor. His legacy will live on through FRANKIE who will grow up to transform lives as one of our newest Assistance Dogs. FRANKIE has been named by Julie & Kevin Lamacchia of GE Aviation.
