Miaya Alston & CARSON

Miaya Alston is a North Carolina native who completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She works as a Physical Therapy Technician at EmergeOrtho, while also pursuing Physical Therapy school. Miaya assists with supervising patients’ exercise programs, including assisting with use of gym equipment, table exercises and gait activities.

CARSON is a wonderful, calm, and happy chocolate Labrador Retriever who will encourage and assist all patients to engage in quality movement to relieve their pain and achieve their health and wellness goals!

Miaya and CARSON continue to strengthen their bond as a Facility Team, and are looking forward to transforming lives of all abilities at EmergeOrtho.
