Ella is a young woman who is diagnosed with PTSD. She was exposed to the world of Service Dogs while on her college campus, and saw the difference that dog made on her in such a short amount of time! Ella struggles daily to get restful sleep, and has difficulty trusting the environment around her. She does not feel comfortable in crowded public places, and often feels like she is in fight or flight mode! She wants to be able to enjoy her life, and engage in activities without constant overwhelming feelings, and believes that a Service Dog will help her with this!
Ella and ARLINGTON began working together in the fall of 2024! ARLINGTON will help Ella by paying attention in crowded places, and anchoring to her rising anxieties. This will allow Ella to navigate the world with more confidence, knowing ARLINGTON has her back! ARLINGTON will also interrupt negative behaviors for Ella. Together, this team is ready to take on the world!
