Elizabeth is a very bright and vibrant young lady who was born with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. While she uses her wheelchair to get around, she is able to walk using crutches for shorter distances and around the house. Because of this, she often relies on others for assistance with many daily tasks. She really wants to be independent and not have to rely on her family and friends for everything in her daily life.
Elizabeth and CLAUDE met in December 2017! CLAUDE will assist Elizabeth by opening doors when she is in her wheelchair, retrieving and carrying items for her, turning on and off her lights and so much more! We are thrilled to see CLAUDE and Elizabeth on this incredible journey together!
CLAUDE is an Honor Puppy named in honor of Claude Edward Hancock, U.S. Navy.
