We are excited to announce a new Tribute Puppy and Assistance Dog, STANLEY! STANLEY is named in honor of Corporal Stanley J. Smuck. Corporal Smuck enlisted in the United States Army in 1952 and served in the Korean War as a member of the Army Corps of Engineers. During his service he sustained an injury due to a gun shot wound. He was awarded the Purple Heart, Sharpshooter Badge and the Service to South Korea Presidential Award. After being honorably discharged from the Army, Corporal Smuck returned home to take place over the Smuck Family Business. Corporal Smuck is survived by his daughter Genie. STANLEY will be trained in his honor and will go on to serve others in his memory.
