Madison completed the paws4people ADTP program while a student at UNCW. Upon completing the program, she continued helping by being an Advanced K9 trainer. Through the program Madison was able to see how transformative these dogs were for their clients, and she began to note similarities in her life.
Being in the healthcare field, Madison spends her day taking care of others and often finds herself overwhelmed and anxious, and losing sleep due to situations at work. This led Madison to an Emotional Support Dog.
HUDSON will provide Madison the comfort and support she needs at the end of a long day. He will help mitigate her anxiety, provide deep pressure during heightened episodes of emotion, and assist her in getting a full night’s sleep. With HUDSON by her side, Madison is hopeful that life will get a little brighter every day.
