Jerianne Stone (CTRS/LRT) is the Social Director for the Horizons Memory Care Community at Arbor Landing at Hampstead. Arbor Landing is an Independent/Assisted
Living Community, with a Memory Care helping residents who are dealing with the effects of Alzheimer’s or other related forms of dementia. As Social Director, Jerianne
helps plan the social activities for the residents, helping to promote independence and self-worth!
RHETT is a Rehabilitative Facility Dog, who will help Jerianne’s residents, providing them with a sense of comfort and redirection when they become agitated or stressed. HE will help bring residents out of their room to participate in activities, increase socialization, and engage with them through simple physical activities.
