Haili Conn is employed with the Fayetteville Fire Department, who are often called out to high-stress and traumatic calls. After learning about the work Crisis Response Dogs were doing in Wilmington, she knew she wanted to be a handler for her department.
Together, GRIFFITH and Haili will work daily to improve the mental well-being of first responders within their department. GRIFFITH will provide crucial support to first responders, helping them decompress after difficult calls, and lowering anxiety levels. He will help mitigate stress, both at the station and on scene of emergencies, and overall boost morale at the Department.
