Adam Molinelli is a Senior Firefighter at Wilmington Fire Department. He learned about the Crisis Response program shortly after joining the department and immediately got involved. He recognized the positive impact the program would have on both himself, and his fellow firefighters, and knew he wanted to be a part of the team.
LONDON and Adam will work together to advocate for mental health initiatives within the department, and will provide support to fellow personnel as they process difficult calls. They will also provide community outreach, helping citizens who have been affected by difficult and traumatic situations.
