Joshua Gregor

Joshua and MASON have been a working team since 2013. They seemed to instantly have a strong bond which has grown deeper with the years. Joshua has been chronically ill since birth and has many diagnosis including: Severe/profound hearing loss with a cochlear implant, short bowel and malabsorption syndrome with g-tube, spinal kyphosis, hypotonia, connective tissue disease, GERD, adrenal insufficiency, reactive airway disease, and a GREAT personality!! He is fed by enteral infusion 12hrs a day, but does eat small amounts of food by mouth. MASON helps Josh mainly with hearing alerts, summoning help and security at night when he can't wear his hearing devices, alerting help for feeding pump alarms, steadying him when weak on his feet and being his constant companion!
Joshua frequently has clinic appointments and procedures that require full sedation. MASON is his anchor during these procedures especially when waking up from anesthesia by lying on his legs applying positive pressure to keep him calm.
