Clarke Has Been Matched!

"Come here, let me see your face."

We have recently found out that Clarke’s potential service dog will be BENNING!!!!  We are thrilled with the selection.  Although we loved all the cute puppies we met the day of the Bump, there was a certain “Love Connection” with BENNING.  And in case you have not figured it out, BENNING is named for an Army base in Alabama, Ft. Benning.

As you can see from the photo, BENNING was very patient with Clarke, as many of the dogs were, while Clarke pulled on and explored his face and body.

I think this  is even more exciting now that we know which dog will be training for Clarke.  Our family can’t wait for the next time we get to visit with BENNING!
